Perfect Festival Get up, very Kanye West.

Here are some essentials for the festival season. Up first is the shitbox, this is a handy fold away (not while it's full) toilet to put near your tent. What we think is great about this is the fact it's actually really handy and somebody thought it would make a great stool as well, no pun intended there! Go to the brown corporations homepage to get yours!

Next up are these retro sunglasses called Roll Shades (those crazy kids) to hide those tired eyes. This company from Canada or America have made some shades which you can snap around your wirst. Remember those bands that were straight and then you tapped them on your wrist and they curled round, well this is what these do....pretty cool hey! Who needs Ray Bands? Get some here. 

USA USA USA!!

We seem to be liking a lot of American Adverts at the moment. These Gatorade posters twist iconic shot and we think they work like a treat. The new "Leave nothing" American Football campaign (Bronze at Cannes) that was shot by Michael Mann has a killer soundtrack, crank up the sound and you'll want to go out and play some Football man!

I asked Digy Roy why America seems to have better advertising than us at the moment (whopper freakout, Skittles to name a few!) and he cleverly replied.

"Because they have more people than us" 

True dat playa, true dat.

The time is friday

This is quite old but still find it really engaging. Who thought the time could be so much fun. We've put the widget on the blog for a short while, but i'm sure the music will soon loose its edge!

Digy Roy and myself overdid it last night, and are on our last digital legs. So here's a bit of relaxing music from Just Like Little People. I really like this (i'm biased cause she's my sister) and hopefully it will get some downloads from itunes next month.

Got taken to Bug, a music video and advertising showcase at the National Film Theatre on Southbank. It was presented by Douglas Wilson who recently directed the Tide Ad for Yellow Box storage.

It was a good night and was made better by being a very spur of the moment trip (thanks to my house mate). Got a surge of creative energy after watching some quality music videos such as Sledgehammer-Peter Gabriel and the D&AD pencil winning video Liars-Plaster cast of everything.

There was one by Brighton Port Authority (Fatboy Slims new guise) that i couldn't find, but when it surfaces on the interweb i'll post it cause it was the best of the lot. He also strayed from music videos and showed the Skittles adverts, and a couple of bonkers stop motion shorts from PES.
