This is Baker Tweet by Poke. It's a Twitter feed connected to the bakery of The Albion restaurant. The Bakery can send out a 'Tweet' every time something fresh comes out the oven. All you have to do is follow the 'Tweets' to grab some of the freshest baked goods in all of Shoreditch.
